Transformational Times

Times of great transformation are taking place. The cosmos are growing stronger with the earth connection and if attention is paid we can see this. What is happening outside of ourselves is also happening within us and vise versa.

We are going through a time now where the garbage and gunk are being cleaned up and out and turned into what serves humanity. Things may seem to never be going right, it may be a painful time. This is simply the caterpillar stage in cocoon to turn into a butterfly. We may feel trapped, and lost but this is only the seedling stage.

It’s extremely important that we now focus on what matters and what we desire. To focus on the good. Is your soul leading you or your wound? Asking ourselves this question is important for spiritual growth, ascension and happiness. Which wolf are you feeding, the light or the dark? Are you able to find oneness, balance?

Each experience of this time will be ever more unique. Every one of us is growing, and ascending in some way. Shifting our perspectives is key. We find we are the creators of our life when we make the choice and claim the role. We then create the lives we want.

Let what goes, go. Let what is, be. Set your boundaries and stand your ground, but be compassionate and forgive. The collective is now going through the time of finding balance in all things. We are rising higher, and going deeper. Things may come up and things may happen that we don’t quite understand. Let them, love them, then release them.

The lunar phases and planetary alignments are now affecting us even more during these transitional and transformational times. Activations are still taking place and now we are being guided to see the truth, accept it, and be the flow. These cosmic events take place every day and every month, pay attention to how your daily life is affected.

Begin to accept the truth of what is and allow balance into your life. Remember that love is unity and unity is ALL. Know that this too, shall pass and the truth will set you free.

Be gentle. Namaste

Dowsing/Divining: Answers to Your Deepest Desired Questions

Divinity Dowsing or Divining is a scientific art that is used to bridge the gap between the analytical mind and the intuitive side of our being; it connect the physical with the  Divine. It was used in the 18th century to find water wells by the French and is now used for a plethora of reasons involving finding objects all the way to spiritual development.

The most common way of divining/dowsing today is using a pendulum. Dowsing with a pendulum is a natural and intuitive way to finding answers to questions; this is done by interpreting the movements of the pendulum.

The pendulum is a powerful antenna that receives information from the energy and vibrational waves emitted by people, places, thoughts and things. Just like how radios pick up information from radio waves,

Albert Einstein, was known to perform impressive feats with such dowsing tools.  He believed that it had to do with electromagnetism: just as birds migrate following the earth’s magnetic field, dowsers react to energies that are unseen and still not fully understood.

Dowsing is used for providing information, predicting the future, find missing objects or people anywhere in the world, seeking precise information, yes or no questions, astrology, how you should be in a certain situation, and even the weather on a certain day.

On this site we offer Divinity Dowsing/Divining (below)

Please note that as more charts and practices are used, they will be added as a service to the site. For now, The Inner Essence offers “yes, no, maybe, wrong question” sessions giving 1-8 questions for the session. (Find out more by going to the product below).

7 Base Chakras: What Are They?

The Chakras are wildly talked about in the healing and spiritual conscious community. This is because whether we know or believe it or not, the Chakras are important. Illness, disease and dis-contentment of any kind are often the cause of a chakra or chakras. While feeling happy, having optimal health, and an abundant life is one where our chakras are in alignment and balanced.

Chakra means ‘wheel’ in Sanskrit. The chakras have a wheel like form, though we have many chakras all throughout our being there are 7 main chakras that are needed to be healed and put into alignment before working on other chakras. Chakras are organic vortexes that store, process and influence Ki (or Chi) energy. The  chakras are associated with the seven major glands of our bodies.

Throughout our lives we dance around with the chakras learning the lessons they have to offer and either blocking or healing them. Kundalini is the energy believed to be activated when the chakras are going through their natural healing and activation process. Kundalini is trapped energy or in the Indian culture a goddess who is coiled around the Root Chakra at the beginning. The goal of Kundalini is to rise up to the crown to mate with a celestial counterpart and therefore connect and balance all other chakras. If something is off in a chakra, it affects the rest of them.

Each chakra has a front and a back. The front of the chakras holds the present and future as well as current symptoms or dysfunction. It holds logic and the limitation of the human plane. The front responds with the law of physics

The back of the chakras holds the past as well as the cause (past experiences, genetics, etc.) It holds limitlessness and freedom from earthly constraints. People who live with the rear open attract what they want to them freely and easily. It draws abundance on all levels.

The Seven Chakras

As previously said there are seven base chakras. The root, the sacral, the solar plexus, the heart, the throat, the third eye, and the crown.

The Root/Muladhara Chakra: The first of the chakras. This Chakra is located in the spines perineum or the base. This chakra is associated with the gonads or ovaries. The color of this chakra is red and its element is Earth. The function of this chakra is survival and prosperity. It deals with our animal nature, our safety, security and stability; it is (while in 3D) our closest connection to nature. It deals with our core strength and will. We feel at home and safe when this chakra is balanced, when it is out of balance we feel trapped or out-of-place.

The Sacral/Svadhisthana Chakra: The second chakra. This chakra is located in our sacral and is associated with the adrenal, lymph glands and leydig cells. It deals with all things liquid in the body. The color of this he function of this chakra is creativity, sexuality and physical aspects. It deals with relationships, creativity, and trust. When this chakra is unbalanced we experience disorders and disease in sexual organs, the kidneys and the bladder; along with adrenal disorders. We become too controlling or too lazy. When this chakra is balanced we thrive in lives pleasures and our energy is enhanced and we trust those we have relationships or friendships with.

The Solar Plexus/Manipura Chakra: The third chakra. This chakra is located in our solar plexus. It is associated with the pancreas and the entire digestive system. The color of this chakra is yellow and the element is fire. Its function is personal power and emotions. The ego resides here energetically. It deals with ambition, self-esteem and manifesting. When this chakra is balanced we feel confident, we manifest our reality, we are energized and have success in the material world. When this chakra is blocked we have too much hunger for power, no confidence, we hunch over with insecurity, and manifest disease in our stomachs, livers, gall bladders and spleens.

The Heart/Anahata Chakra: The fourth chakra. This chakra is located in the heart center. It is associated with the thymus glands, lungs and physical heart. This chakra is the seat of the spirit. The color is green and its element is air. Its function is love and relationships. It deals with love and grief. When this chakra is balanced we are connected to everyone in unity and balance. We have mature unconditional love for ourselves and others and we are connected to our spirituality. When this chakra is blocked we lack empathy and can become narcissistic; we can become too giving and we manifest asthma, high blood pressure, lung disease and autoimmune disorders.

The Throat/Vishudda Chakra: This is the fifth chakra. It is located in the throat and is associated with the thyroid gland. The color of this chakra is blue and its element is ether. Its function is communication with others and ourselves. It deals with our connection to the universe, our necks, our throats and our hands. When this chakra is blocked we have false and negative communication with ourselves and others, our pride is unchecked, we can become shy and unwilling to change; and manifest thyroid and throat illnesses and diseases. When this chakra is balanced we effectively communicate our truth without hurting others, we are honest and respect others and ourselves.

The Third Eye/Ajna Chakra: This is the sixth chakra. This chakra is located in between our eyes in the middle of our foreheads and is associated with the pituitary gland. The color of this chakra is indigo and it has no element. The function of this chakra is intuition. This chakra deals with our eyes, our brains and our noses; visions and dreams, our spirit self, and our inner wisdom. When this chakra is blocked we have anxiety, depression, insomnia, addictive disorders, nightmares, and our bodies and minds our out of sync with one another. Intuition is reduced. While when this chakra is balanced we can astral travel, connect to our psychic abilities, we understand that there is no good or evil; and we see the truth of what is.

The Crown/ Sahasrara Chakra: This is the seventh and master gland chakra. This chakra is located at the top of our heads and is associated with our pineal gland. The color of this chakra is white light or violet and has no element. The function of this chakra is our spirituality. This chakra deals with the nervous system, thought, and connection to Source. When this chakra is open we are connected to all things; we feel bliss, freedom, energy, true completion and we live in the present moment. Balance is irrelevant to this chakra, it is either opened or closed. When this chakra is  closed we get Alzheimer’s, our feelings of superiority warps our perception of reality, and we have memory dysfunctions.

12 Chakra System

Chakra cleansing, balancing, clearing and activating is so important on our Ascension path. Chakra means Wheel of Energy and they are doorways for our Life Force Energy. Each Chakra has its own color, frequency and with the 7 Chakras, a bodily gland. When they are open it allows for the flow of Life Force Energy or Ch’i to flow through freely, allowing us to be connected with our inner and outer worlds, be healed on deep levels, and have overall spiritual, mental, and physical well-being.

The 12 Chakra System

Many of you are familiar with the 3D 7 Chakra System. However, we have a 12 Chakra System that brings us into alignment with the 5D and 6D world.

Unfortunately, after the end of the Atlantis era, the 5 out of 12 main Chakras closed. That is because the Earth shifted its vibration to 3rd dimension from 5th and 6th or the higher dimensions. In order to ascend to the higher dimensions we need to activate all the 12 Chakras including the 5 deactivated ones. Though we have thousands of minor Chakras, these Chakras are the main Chakras of the system. It is important to remember to open all 7 Chakras before trying to open the other Chakras.
Chakras can be opened through Reiki Energy Healing, Crystal Healing, and meditation. The most effective way is through Reiki and Energy Healing.
